Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every DiviKart order to be a happy one. This policy explains when and how you can cancel orders, return products, and receive refunds. It applies to purchases and bookings made through the DiviKart app and website, operated by [Legal Entity Name].
1. Cancelling an order
- Product orders: you can cancel free of charge from the app any time before the order is packed/dispatched by the seller. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible; please use the return process instead (where applicable).
- Food orders: can be cancelled only before the restaurant accepts/starts preparing the order. Once preparation starts, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Service bookings (electrician, plumber, AC, RO): free cancellation up to [2 hours] before the scheduled slot. Cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may attract a visit charge of โน[amount].
2. Returns & replacements (products)

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or without proof of purchase are not eligible for return. Perishable items cannot be returned once accepted in good condition at delivery.
3. Service quality issues
If a completed service (e.g., AC or RO repair) develops the same fault within [7 days], we will arrange a free re-visit by the technician. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the service charge (parts installed may be covered by their own warranty).
4. Refund method & timelines
- Online payments (UPI/card/wallet): refunded to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days after approval.
- Cash on delivery: refunded via UPI/bank transfer to details you provide, within 5โ7 business days after approval.
- Delivery charges are refunded when the cancellation/return is due to our or the partner's error.
5. How to request a cancellation, return, or refund
- Use the "Help" / "My Orders" section in the DiviKart app; or

- Email support@divikart.in with your order ID and photos (if applicable).
Our team will respond within [24 hours] and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
6. Exceptions & abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse (e.g., repeated false claims, tampered products) and to decide genuine disputes in good faith based on evidence from the customer and the partner.
